Trip E Mart is a nostalgia soaked mini-mart inside House of Hype in the Dubai Mall. Filled with throwback toys, vintage internet references, and playful oddities from the ’90s and early 2000s, the space blends pop-culture memory with the neon futurism of the wider experience. 
I was brought on to help animate the mini-mart’s personality—designing a collection of bizarre ads and buzzing ticker screens that filled the space with its chaotic digital charm.  
FRIDGE AD SCREENS| 
Trip E Mart is an immersive convenience store run by a delightfully dysfunctional AI—an excitable, glitch-prone character raised on reality shows, TikTok chaos, and gamer streams. With its scrambled internet-speak and unhinged optimism, this AI eagerly pushes its bizarre lineup of snacks and products.
I created a series of AI-inspired ads for the screens embedded in the store’s fridge displays. The concept: imagine this unstable AI gaining access to the entire internet and attempting to make commercial spots. The results were intentionally nonsensical, absurd, and full of chaotic charm.
Across six looping ads, I used a blend of AI tools, 3D, and After Effects to craft surreal micro-commercials that embraced the project’s playful, deranged energy. Each piece acted as a tiny window into the AI’s fractured, over-caffeinated imagination.
