HOUSE OF HYPE| Kaleidomirror + Laundromat

Satoshi’s Laundromat is a “mirrored paradise” tucked behind a secret door within House of Hype. The space features rows of colorful washing machines and a secret doorway that reveals a hidden mirror room at its core.
Hyperspace invited me to help shape one of the experiences inside the mirrored paradise. Concealed behind the laundromat’s secret door, the mirror room was crafted to deliver a kaleidoscopic transformation the moment guests stepped onto its platform; an immersive illusion of infinite space designed for pure visual wonder.

KALEIDOMIRROR|
I created a series of small vignettes designed to expand into psychedelic, kaleidoscopic visuals once reflected throughout the mirrored room. The final delivery was produced as a 1x1 render, featuring a mix of elements including tunnel-like sequences and several particle-driven moments built with Cinema 4D’s native particle systems. Additional post-effects were layered in After Effects to introduce liquid, dreamy textures that enhanced the overall immersive quality of the content.
SATOSHI'S LAUNDROMAT|
Satoshi’s Laundromat features rows of washing-machine tubs, each with a radial screen displaying looping animations. The team developed a series of hypnotic loops designed to stay in perfect rhythmic sync, echoing the motion of a turning washer. Using a blend of 3D animation and 2D illustration, I created a collection of seamless “ride” loops that played through the screens, adding movement and visual depth to the environment.
